Tour of the Castles Bike Tour

In ebike for 50 km to discover the medieval fortresses and castles, between stories and history we will pass by Saludecio, Mondaino and Montegridolfo. Why is the Valle del Conca so rich in castles and fortresses? A territory coming back from a long period of battles between the Malatesta and Montefeltro families, could only inherit its history. So we present some of the most beautiful: Saludecio has become a small capital where refined palaces and village houses have created a popular and noble style at the same time that has remained intact until today. Mondaino invites us to visit it by crossing its walls and the front door. Here it is presented in all its splendor with the particular semicircular square. From here we go down the main road until we reach the shop of the Porta di Sotto with its gastronomic delicacy: the cheese of the pit. And finally Montegridolfo, a village completely restored since it came back from the Second World War, in which it had been completely destroyed being right on the Gothic Line. Today it is cared for in detail and is part of "The most beautiful villages in Italy", offering the ideal stop to enjoy a coffee. Price: € 70 per person When: every Tuesday Hours: at 09.00 Where: departure from Gabicce Monte via Filiberto 3 Language: Italian, English, Spanish

Bike Tour – Along the via Popilia

The construction of the consular road that runs along the Adriatic coast is linked to the figure of Popilio Lenate, consul in 132 BC, the year in which Popilia was probably opened. The route departed from the Aemilia in Celle di Rimini, to go close to the coastal strip, where it bordered a territory dotted with rural villas dedicated to production. A few miles from Ravenna, the military port of Classe also played an important role as a crossroads, since on the Via Popilia at this point converged the route coming from Forlimpopoli and, starting from the Byzantine era, the Via del Dismano. We will cycle along this ancient Roman road, passing through municipalities and districts bordering the city of Rimini, Rivabella, Mulino Carlotti, Orsoleto, Fornace, Borgonuovo until we arrive in Bordonchio from where we will return on the Riviera through Igea Marina, Bellaria, San Mauro Mare, Gatteo Mare and we will arrive at the Leonardesco port of Cesenatico.
