Tour to discover the artistic heritage of the Renaissance in Rimini. The Malatesta temple, designed by Leon Battista Alberti, with the sepulchres of Sigismondo Malatesta, lord of Rimini and his wife Isotta Degli Atti. In the temple we find Piero della Francesca's masterpiece and a wonderful crucifix by Giotto on the high altar.
The visit continues inside the City Museum where we will see the medals showing the profiles of the Malatastas and also an image of the Malatesta Temple in its original appearance. Finally we will see Castel Sismondo, residence and fortress of the lord of Rimini, designed by Sigismondo himself with the help of Filippo Brunelleschi.
