Highlights

Museum with rare and highly refined finds coming from hundreds of Villanovan-Etruscan tombs dating from the 10th to 6th centuries BC

From the necropolis of Verucchio, objects and furnishings that are practically unique in terms of style and degree of conservation have re-emerged. Wooden objects, containers in vegetable fibers and fabrics. Among all the findings, the wooden throne with the representation of human figures is of great importance. Even the structure, the Augustinian monastery, for its architecture (including the church of St. Augustine) is a very worthy frame.
