The gastronomic journey starts from the covered market of Rimini, a way to understand how even today the sea is an integral part of the city.

Among the fish stalls we will meet the historic banks run by fishermen's families and next to them the multiculturalism of the market.
We will stop at a popular bank of cheeses to sample the local delights: Squacquerone, or Pecorino di Fossa cheese.
We go deep in the alleys of the old fish market (eighteenth-century jewel), and tell the lives of those who came to sell their catch in the poveracce (clams square). Then in Borgo San Giuliano we will stop for a tasting of piadina or mixed fried fish of the Adriatic, with the day's catch.
